DETAILS
In this class, you will decide on your favorite menu, while consulting about available ingredients and cooking utensils you already have.  We will send your menu to you via e-mail in advance, so please prepare necessary ingredients and utensils.  On the lesson day, we will start from explaining menu, ingredients, steps, etc., and will cook together  for about 2 ~ 3 hours.

このクラスではゲストのみなさまのお好きなメニューを、入手可能な素材やお持ちの調理器具などを含めて相談しながら決めていきます。事前にレシピをメールでお送りしますので、必要な材料と調理器具を揃えておいてください。当日はzoomでつないで一緒にお料理していきます。2時間から3時間ぐらいのクラスになります。

MENU (SAMPLE)

・まぐろの二色丼  Seared and dipped tuna on Sushi rice

・出汁巻き卵　Japanese-style rolled omelet (you can choose either sweet or non-sweet type)

・利休白玉椀　Sticky rice cake in starchy broth
