DETAILS

In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to make okonomiyaki and yakisoba.  The class starts with eda mame, green beans as appetizer, and then okonomiyaki and yakisoba, followed by red miso soup.   The class will take about 3.5 hours including shopping, cooking and tasting.

MENU (SAMPLE)

・枝豆　Eda mame

・お好み焼き（関西風）　Okonomiyaki (Kansai style)

・焼きそば（お好みでオムそばも可能）Yakisoba（Fried noodle.  You can also try omusoba, yakisoba wrapped in eggs)

・味噌汁　Miso soup
