We held Greek cooking class today, having enjoyed salad, yellow split pea hummus, moussaka, and pita, as well as lemon pie inspired by the wonderful restaurant "Apollo" in Ginza. The class
started at 3:00 p.m. and went nonstop until after 10:00 p.m.! The time flies by so fast, doesn't it??? (Note: the class usually takes about 3 hours to finish. Today was originally a girls'
night out ✨)

今日はギリシャ料理教室を開催。銀座の素敵なレストラン「アポロ」さんをイメージしたレモンパイのほか、グリークサラダ、イエロースプリットピーのペースト（ギリシャ風フムス）、ムサカ、ピタなどを楽しみました。
参加いただいたゲストのみなさんがワインをお持ちくださり、少し早めのクリスマス女子会のような感じでワイワイ盛り上がりました。15時からスタートして夜10時過ぎまでノンストップ！！楽しい時間が過ぎるのは本当に早いですよね
