Cream cheese cake with dried persimmon and walnuts (市田柿とくるみのクリームチーズケーキ)

We love "Ichida gaki (市田柿)", one of Japan's famous brands for dried persimmons (Hoshi gaki; 干し柿).  

 

Today we made cream cheese cake using very tasty "Ichida gaki".  It goes sooooooooooo well with wine 💕
