Quick & easy baked French onion soup (簡単オニオングラタンスープ)

Developed quick & easy recipe for baked French onion soup in order to prepare for upcoming cooking class this month.  

 

Baked French onion soup usually needs a process of stir-frying onion slowly for more than one hour.  This time, however, we came up with an idea to minimize the stir-frying time to 5 minutes only !!
