【Online Class】Seared and dipped tuna over sushi rice (マグロの二色丼)

We held the first online cooking class with the wonderful family form London!!

 

The menu for today were...  seared and dipped tuna over sushi rice, Japanese-style egg omelet, and Sticky rice ball with starchy broth (マグロの二色丼、出汁巻き卵、利休白玉椀). 

Can you believe they cooked all three dishes by themselves as shown in the beautiful pictures above?  They did every step and movement smoothly and precisely...  and above all, the best thing in this class was we could see them enjoy cooking together💕💕💕
