Noodles with roasted pork fillet 叉焼麺

Today we cooked Char-siu pork with miso flavor (叉焼) from pork shoulder.  The smell from the oven was really mouth watering...  and it also went well with the noodles and green onion.  Yummy!!  

 

It's been so hot in Tokyo these days and we tend to lose appetite, so we are trying to make menus that stimulate our appetite (^^).
