Tonight we prepared seared bonito slices with varieties of relishes. The bonito fish is also called skipjack tuna.
We seared the surface of the fresh bonito fish, sliced them like sashimi (inside was still raw). The slices were really tasty with homemade soy sauce with citrus juice callsed ponzu (ポン酢).
