Tsuji Culinary Institute (辻調理師専門学校日本料理コース)

Spent one week in Osaka to join in summer course held at Tsuji Culinary Institute.  It was so fascinating to learn and develop advanced cooking skills as well as expertise in food hygiene, nutrition and cooking theory for professionals.

 

Now considering how to reflect the skills and techniques I learnt there to our cooking lessons  ...
